Atlantic Highlands blackfishing December 21

Made our 7:30 am blackfishing trip from the Atlantic Highlands marina again today. Fished few spots today and only caught fish on some of them. There were no limits but a few people managed three keepers while some had one or two and some only caught shorts. As of now the weather for tomorrow looks good with 5 to 10 knot winds. Don't let the chance of afternoon showers scare you. Sailing 7:30 am and returning between 2:30 and 3 pm. Come on and join for a fun day blackfishing. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Atlantic Highlands blackfishing December 16

Made our 7:30 am blackfishing trip from the Atlantic Highlands marina again today. It was another real nice day on the water. The anchoring conditions were not easy again due to very little wind. It was not easy staying on the spot but when we did we picked some fish. There were no limits but the high hook had five nice size keeper blackfish. We only had one person with no keepers (but he caught shorts) and the others had from one to four. As of now the weather for  tomorrow does not look too bad so come on down. There are some new pictures from today in the gallery so take a look. Sailing at 7:30 am and returning between 2:30 and 3pm. We have both green and white crabs on board. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Atlantic Highlands blackfishing December 15

Made our 7:30 am black fishing trip from the Atlantic Highlands marina today. It was the nicest day weather wise we've had in awhile. We fished a few different spots. The anchoring conditions were a bit tough with very little wind to hold the boat steady but we were able to pick at the blackfish. We had to reset a few times to stay on the spot. Each time we did we would catch a few fish. There was a mix of shorts and some nice size keeper blackfish. We had no limits but some guys did manage one to four keepers. There are some new pictures in the gallery from the past two days so take a look. The weather for tomorrow looks good so come on and take a trip and catch some of these blackfish for dinner. We are sailing everyday leaving at 7:30 am and returning between 2:30 and 3pm. We have green and white crabs on board. Looking forward to seeing everyone.
