Atlantic Highlands blackfishing November 23

Made or 7:30 am black fishing trip from the Atlantic Highlands marina today. It was warmer and less wind then yesterday. The fishing started out like yesterday with a pick of shorts and some nice size blackfish. The bite slowed down and we made a few other drops. The other drops only produced a few keepers with some shorts. At the end of the day the catch was about the same as yesterday. We did have two limits  while some others only had two or three and a few people only had shorts. The pool fish was just over 8lbs and there were a few in the 5 to 6lb range. There are some new pictures in the gallery so take a look. The weather for tomorrow looks like a blow out with winds up to 40 knots with rain so we will not be fishing. Hopefully things will settle down for Tuesday but we will have to wait and see. If not we have to see what Wednesday brings. We plan on fishing on Thanksgiving day (weather permitting). Sailing 7:30 am returning 2:30 pm. I wish everyone a safe and happy holiday.
